1. Log in to your Takealot seller account and open the API Integrations / Seller API section.
2. Look for Authentication — you will see your Active key if one exists.
3. When creating requests, include the header: Authorization: Key <yourapikey>.
4. If you don't have a key, click Generate API key. The key is only shown once — copy it to a secure place (or paste into the field above) because it cannot be retrieved later.
5. If you need a new key, you may need to delete the current key first; Takealot warns that keys are only shown at creation.
